使用 ReadIN，表示你同意这些条款。ReadIN 目前由 Phoenix 以个人名义运营，所在地是阿联酋迪拜。

  1. 内测。ReadIN 还在内测，功能可能变化，也可能出错。请自己留好重要内容的备份，账户窗口能「导出全部」。
  2. 账户。登录是可选的。请保管好你的邮箱和设备。公用电脑用完，退出时选「从这台设备清掉」。
  3. 你的内容。书、笔记和对话都是你的。你只授权我们为了提供同步而存储和传输它们。云端的内容只有你的账户能看到，不和别的用户共享。
  4. 只上传你有权使用的内容。不要上传你没有权利保存的文件，也不要把 ReadIN 用于违法用途。
  5. 版权投诉。权利人可以写信到 [email protected]，说明作品、权利人身份和文件（书名或文件的 SHA-256），并声明信息属实。我们核实后会删除相应文件并通知账户本人。多次侵权的账户会被关闭。
  6. 额度。内测期间免费：单本 300 MB，总共 5 GB。以后如有变化，会提前说明。
  7. AI。AI 的回答可能有错，请自己判断。用 AI 功能时，相关内容会发给 AI 服务商，见隐私政策。
  8. 停止使用。你可以随时删除账户。如果账户违反这些条款，我们可以暂停或关闭它，能通知的会先通知。
  9. 免责。ReadIN 按现状提供。在法律允许的范围内，我们不对数据丢失或间接损失负责。
  10. 变更。重要变更会在网站上说明。继续使用表示你接受新条款。
  11. 法律。这些条款适用阿联酋法律，争议由迪拜有管辖权的法院处理。

By using ReadIN you agree to these terms. ReadIN is currently run by Phoenix as an individual, based in Dubai, UAE.

  1. Beta. ReadIN is in beta. Features may change and things may go wrong. Keep your own copy of anything important: the account window has "Export everything".
  2. Your account. Signing in is optional. Keep your email and devices secure. On a shared computer, choose "Clear from this device" when you sign out.
  3. Your content. Your books, notes and chats are yours. You only permit us to store and transmit them to provide sync. Cloud content is visible only to your account and isn't shared with other users.
  4. Only upload what you may use. Don't upload files you have no right to keep, and don't use ReadIN for anything illegal.
  5. Copyright complaints. Rights holders can write to [email protected] identifying the work, the rights holder and the file (title or SHA-256), and stating the information is accurate. After checking, we'll remove the file and notify the account holder. Repeat infringers' accounts will be closed.
  6. Limits. Free during the beta: 300 MB per book, 5 GB in total. We'll announce any change in advance.
  7. AI. AI answers can be wrong, so use your judgment. When you use AI features, the relevant content goes to the AI provider, as the privacy policy explains.
  8. Ending. You can delete your account any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where we can.
  9. No warranty. ReadIN is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost data or indirect losses.
  10. Changes. We'll announce important changes on the website. Continuing to use ReadIN means you accept them.
  11. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE, and disputes go to the competent courts of Dubai.
